- Rolled out of bed late, really wish we had a diner nearby….hubby hasn't decided what to have, I made a "grilled" cheese. #

- LBJ was a very interesting man and during frank moments, was so far ahead of his time on race relations & understanding the frustrations. #
- It is very interesting…..as it was noted in the book, FDR didn't do the New Deal & WWII at the same time… #
- 'Nam took a lot of his domestic goals…..makes you wonder what he could've accomplished without 'Nam #
- But he really truly believed that he was protecting us from communism and by not going hard at it, avoiding WWIII with China/Russia #
- I'm about 50pages from finishing my book….that is my goal tonight, so I can attack my next book. #
