The main slide out is 11’8″ long and 33″ wide. We have used a “T” desk for the past 8 years. I am on the left side, Pauline on the right, we have a small HD TV between us and we have spent more time here, then anywhere else in the house. It just works for us. One of the main things we wanted was to keep from our current life was the office setup, and the Admiral is perfect to do this.
We had the dinette and the couch, as well as the recliner behind the co pilots chair, removed and the carpet ripped up from the slide out and both tv’s removed. (2002 TVs)
At this time it is just a empty space. We hope by the end of February it will have a desk, cabinets and tv and bamboo flooring.
The pro’s of doing this is being completely comfortable. The con if anyone was to travel with us, we will have to drive the Jeep with the extra people since we now only have 2 seat belts. No biggie.
The recliner was removed for a cat tree. And since the cockpit TV cabinet is no longer needed for a tv, we will remove that and move the smaller cabinet, that is currently above where the recliner use to be, into that space. Now the cat’s will have their own spot with a window and we do not lose any storage space and if I do it right, we will gain a few square feet more of storage. We are also going to put in a cat door on the right side of the bottom step leading into a outside cargo space for the kitty litter.

OH! A place the cat’s will take over!
We will be changing out the facet at some point.
As well as removing the mirror. And the fridge “wood paneling”.
We are going to do something with the sink and fact and maybe the john itself.
I do not have much head room at 6’2″.
As you can see our Death Ray is solar powered.
