Eh, so that doesn’t sound as good as it should.
This has been a VERY active two days at TNC. I went out on the trails first thing this morning since I dropped our lens cap during last nights hike and went looking for it. I didn’t find the cap (Pauline did later) but I did spot the Bobcat sunning himself in the morning sun.
I came back to the visitors center and welcomed a group I had forgotten was coming today, and then spotted our first Road Runner. As I was taking pictures of that, a group came off the trail with pictures of a Black Bear sleeping in a tree.
So I busted out on the trails once more and got some wonderful pictures of the Black Bear.
We have been VERY busy here visitor wise today, I’m sure the holiday weekend is the reason.
