• Getting ready for another day at the gym, hope to do as well as yesterday. I've been fighting to get my sodium intake down. #

• Regular payroll is order, just need to close out the check requests, pay the other department & do the books tomorrow. #
• Got a pretty good workout in, especially compared to last week. Still took it easier then norm cuz I didn't want to hurt my muscle again. #
