Ok, we are done with sprint forever.
We have been staying at the same hotel in Canada for over 4 years and this past trip we only stayed there 1 night and total we only used about 1-2 hours max (both of us combined) on the sprint wireless cards but somehow our bill is $200+ more than normal. In the past we stayed at the same hotel for 3-4 nights and used at least 12 hours and never once was our bill this high. In fact I had forgot to log off a few times as we went out so Im positive we used much more then 12 hours and still the bill was never $200.
So we contact sprint and get the runaround. They do not track minutes used on wireless cards at all, just KB used and when we asked for the total KB used we still got “we don’t track that” so after 30-45 minutes of running in circles and me telling them to “prove we did this” at least 10 times, we said fuck it…
Our contract had already expired last week and as soon as Toni is ready we are going to go get our iPhones.
The best answer they could come up with is “its on our bill so its what we owe” or in other words “trust me.” Yeah… “trust me”… What a scam this is, I wish I could add $200 to all my clients bills and just tell them to “trust me and pay it”.
Anyway, go fuck yourself sprint.
