Saying Hi!
My upper abs still hurt. When I went to the gym Wednesday, I worked them more then I thought I did. I couldn’t even use the ab machine on Thursday they are so sore. Friday I was just wiped out and thinking off all that I needed to get down before we went out. So we actually skipped the gym…I feel guilty as hell. I’m going for a good walk tomorrow and do some floor abs to make up for it.
I know that I haven’t updated in a few days. It is a combination of things…….other then work, nothing much else has been going on. I have been having issues with focusing on work.
It is this damn election. I’m totally addicted to surfing news sites….I’m waiting and wanting an “October” surprise that totally knocks out McCain because I don’t trust the GOP on stealing the election. Then there is the race issue that may play into it. But articles like this, help to give me hope : Quiet Political Shifts as More Blacks Are Elected
Then there are idiots like this one who wants to become the next Joe McCarthy : ‘Anti-American’ comments hurt rep’s campaign Who is dumb enough to completely deny her own words and say she was”lead” into a trap?!? Bachmann: Talk show appearance `big mistake’ Watch her video, she knows exactly what she is saying and it horrible! It is nothing but a witch hunt that she wants to happen. Then you got Rep. Hayes: ‘Liberals Hate Real Americans That Work And Achieve And Believe In God’ Is so pisses me off. When the hell did being a liberal or living near a city mean that you weren’t a “real” American?!?  The really need to read this book and learn what being a “real” American is : The True Patriot The books is online, here is the home page : The True Patriot Network
One of the things that Powell brought up when endorsing Obama was how being muslim is treated in this country. Which is sad because they do serve and die for this country. But of course, it is not something that media bothers with very much : Moved by a Crescent
We came across an article that goes into the Oregon, particularly the Portland culture when discussing strip clubs. It helps to give you a feel and how different it is here, which we so love :  Strip Club Teases Small Oregon City
Our new babies are doing great, still playful. Trying to get them to recoginize their names. We don’t remember when Alexis & Reggie started to respond to them. The kitten sure don’t know the word no yet…lol They are fearless.
