The worse of the holiday crap is over with, now in a few more days I will be able to go out when I want to go out and not have to worry about 10 million others being there when I am. I so hate the holiday rush crap.
I got a good haul this year, a Purdue hoodie and t-shirt, Colts hoodie and a Bob Sanders jersey, a money clip, and a bunch of movies on DVDs.
The Big Lebowski (All time classic)
Oceans 13 (We loved it as much as the first 2)
The Simpsons Movie (Somewhat a letdown, but the skateboard scene is fucking priceless)
In Harm’s way/Donavan’s Reef (In Harm’s Way is my #2 all time John Wayne movie, Donavan’s Reef… not so much, but it’s a dual pack)
Dogma: the collector’s edition. (Another good movie… and what’s not to love about Buddy Christ?)
Casino in HD
V for Vendetta in HD
Both “Casino†and “V†are very high on my all time top movies list; I also have “Goodfellas†on HD from my birthday. Now I just need to get the $170 Xbox 360 HD DVD adapter to watch them, or spend $300 to $500 on a HD DVD player.
Just when you think you are set for a while on toys, they make you buy more.
