The Supreme Court ruled against a former high school student Monday in the “Bong Hit 4 Jesus” banner case — a split decision that limits students’ free speech rights.
The justices ruled 6-3 that Frederick’s free speech rights were not violated by his suspension over what the majority’s written opinion called a “sophomoric” banner.

I came home the other day from work and found that Harold had ripped up the kitchen and started packing up. Oh yeah, he took my dinning room table apart….the house is going into a very chaotic state…..I need to organize it a little bit so I don’t run into things and drive me nuts. =)
I have tomorrow off, but you won’t be able to tell. I have nothing but doctor’s appts all day…….icks. Harold and I do have one together….the eye exam one. Since we’ve had the insurance that last 3 months and we won’t have it much longer, we better use it at least once.
I’m looking forward to Wed…..a day off with out the constant running around. That is ok, coming next Tuesday I won’t be going anywhere for a week.
I worked today, had to be in by 6am. I’m starting to feel loopy. So I’m going to head to bed….have a peaceful night.

Dena Kline, 80, of Wilsonville, apparently drove her car down the boat ramp near the Abernathy Bridge and into the Willamette River. Boaters discovered the vehicle Saturday when they ran into it. The car was damaged.

Just chilling, listening to Yo Yo Ma play some Bach on his gorgeous sounding cello. I love hearing the cello……I use to play the violin so I love the stringed instruments.
I got some work done when I got home, no much but some.
I picked up my ring today from being resized. Feels good to have it back on my finger. Looks beautiful and really pulls the purple out of my nails. Kind of cool.
I spent the day at work. Not bad, but I’m feeling restless. They got all the big projects done on my days off…….there are things to do, but I need something that gives me the satisfaction of a job well done and we won’t have that until the weekend. Last Sunday it was great, I was busy, getting things done……felt good. I know, I’m weird….I like to feel useful. It doesn’t help that there isn’t anything major to do at work, so I keep thinking of things that I need to do here. Once I’m busy there I don’t have my mind wandering.
Unfortunately I have to get up early tomorrow……..blog with you later.
