Detective Bo Turner told television station WAGA that the case was being investigated as a murder-suicide, but said that could not be confirmed until the evidence was examined by a crime lab.
WAGA reported that investigators believe Benoit killed his wife and son over the weekend, and then himself sometime Monday.How Do I Feel?:

Well, today was a waste on getting things done here. My day off ended up being a day of doctor appointments. I saw my main doctor for some prescription stuff that I need fulfilled and then made an appointment for a few other minor things. I had gotten appointments for Harold and I to get our eyes checked out. I haven’t had one for about 4yrs and Harold for about 14 yrs and with us on the computer a lot it had to be done. Good news is that we probably won’t need glasses for about 6-7 yrs. Then it was one to my foot doctor. I got my scripts for after surgery, of course I forgot to ask about my nails….doh But I need to get blood work done Wednesday for the surgery. =(
If you saw Harold’s posts about the Supreme Court rulings…..those sucked. At least that moron with the $54 mil suit over pants lost….I hope he gets stuck with all the legal fees.
Then there is the horrible news about Chris Benoit and his wife Nancy better known as “Woman†and their son have been found dead in their home. =( We have meet both Chris & Nancy years ago briefly while working a wrestling event. Harold watched the WWE tribute to him. I couldn’t…..I would end up crying way too much.

I am stunned, still no details other then Chris Benoit and his wife Nancy better known as “Woman†and their son have been found dead. We were lucky enough to meet both Chris and Nancy on 2 separate occasions so this one hits close to home.

A Washington, D.C., dry cleaning store that was sued for $54 million over an allegedly missing pair of pants will not have to pay anything to its disgruntled customer, a judge ruled Monday.
Instead, Roy Pearson, who sued over the missing trousers, may have to pay the store owners’ legal fees.

The Supreme Court ruled against a former high school student Monday in the “Bong Hit 4 Jesus” banner case — a split decision that limits students’ free speech rights.
The justices ruled 6-3 that Frederick’s free speech rights were not violated by his suspension over what the majority’s written opinion called a “sophomoric” banner.
